Hence, to respond to these dynamics we have structured our Public/Private Sector and Technical Support Services as follows:

UPHOLSTERY/CURTAINING

 

  • Upholstery and re-upholstery of furniture, car and bus seats as well as fork lifts. 

  • Exquisite curtaining, Design and Decoration

 

We have structured a strategic alliance with the supplier, GANIS South Africa, which guarantees the quality of our material and protects our client against cheap Chinese/Pakistani materials flooding the south African market.

 

We also guarantee our work for 12 months as sign of our commitment to quality.

AIRCONDITIONS/FRIEDGE REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

 

We do Mechanical works for Cold storage - Fridge repair – Air Conditioning repairs and maintenance. 

We carry a 1ME PE accreditation for these works.

We also carry a 1SO PE for Bulk water supplies.

Handy Man Maintenance Services

 

These include:

  • Painting and sealing of cracks (Plascon certified)

  • Appliance Repairs and Replacement

  • Small electrical works including globe replacement and rewiring

  • General office cleaning and gardening services 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Site commissioning
  • With site commissioning, a Mirror Ball Investments Support Representative is available on site. Onsite commissioning services include:

  • In-house support services by our personnel

  • Drafting of our support personnel with the “client” for a period agreed between the parties on a full time basis

  • Formulating a “think tank” to assist management and the executives

 

Telephone support

Mirror Ball Investments Technical Support Consultants provide telephone support to our business partners and clients.   Assistance is provided with installation issues, system operation and with trouble shooting problems.

 

On-site technical support

In some cases it is difficult to resolve a problem over the telephone.   Mirror Ball Investments support services are available to help on-site when necessary.

 

Business Reviews

this speaks to Procurement and Performance Models, Quality Management Systems – with ISO Certification.

Working closely with our business partners, end user customers  and  other service providers, Mirror Ball Investments and her partners will formulate the requirements, scope/design and cost the project, obtain a sign-off from all parties with clear expectations on project outputs and deliverables.
