Mirror Ball Investments understands niche market identification, value chain analysis, GAP analysis and developing ACTIONS to bridge such challenges.  Our specialities can be categorised into STRATEGIC and NON STRATEGIC operations.

We also franchise ourselves with angel investors seeking to expand their footprint into SADC - be it mining, production and manufacturing plus other critical services to SADC Governments - by providing fully functional office infrastructure, logistics, accomodation and work permits.  We have a fully fledged office in Lusaka, Zambia and Namibia.

Nathi Twala is a seasoned Professional Banker, Strategist, Business Developer and Intermediary Projects Manager. Without too much detail, Nathi's career positions have enabled him to develop a high portfolio of skills and experiences in a variety of portfolios that are valuable to support most Business's strategic thrust and expansion related endeavours.  Without limitation, these include: 

  • Hands-on involvement in product development, crafting of strategy, service differentiation,  credit risk and credit assessment, new business development, private-public partnerships, consulting (decision sciences) and successful public-stakeolder cooperation campaigns

  • Crafting new and innovative management systems, extending from inception of an idea, benchmarking, through preparing and presenting persuasive business plans, to developing and implementing the programs and providing the ongoing support structure including change management – which speaks to the culture of the organization and the people

  • Capital allocation of resources, viz -budgeting, financial monitoring, analytical thinking, and in revenue generation activities of a variety of persuasions, including fund raising, implementing good corporate governance, best practices and to some degree corporate sponsorship.
